IF YOU'VE HEARD THAT I RESIGNED WHILE UNDER INVESTIGATION, THAT IS FAKE NEWS.
After returning to work following my arrest in March 2018, I continued working through the loss of a child due to miscarriage and the loss of a brother who was shot and killed at the age of 19. Later that year, I was accused of working unapproved off duty (part time jobs for police). As you will see, The "investigation" concluded June 20, 2018 and the Major signed off on it June 27, 2018. You will also see I resigned June 28. 2018. I am not great at math, however, I am sure that 28 comes after 20 and 27. That makes resignation before hand impossible. Not to mention, It was originally recorded with Georgia P.O.S.T. as a "Voluntary Resignation" and was changed in August of 2018 to "Resigned While Under Investigation".
Nonetheless, Life has a way of handing us lemons sometimes and so, i was dealt a 3 year police certification probationary punishment which I successfully completed...
